Coconut Oil Centrifugal Separator  

It is mainly used in the degumming, dephophorization for the vegetable oil refining system, it can also be used to the material with the similar density as the vegetable oil.

  

Characteristics 

1. The machine adopts automatic control, it has the advantage of high efficiency, low material consumption, convenient operation and economic maintenance cost.

2. The heavy phase liquid and light phase liquid are pumped out by centripetal pump. The sludge is discharged automatically and partly.

3. The machine is one kind of rotary machine with high speed, after accurate dynamic balancing, it  can run for long time with low vibration, safety and security.

This machine consists of in &out facility, bowl, vertical and horizontal shaft system, frame, speed detector, brake and motor etc.

When the drum runs in high speed,material fed into the disc distributor from feeding pipe ,the heavy phase and light phase would flow out from their separate tunnels and the solid impurities would enter into the drum and move out partial and automatically.
